Restoration of Child’s Rocking Chair – Part 4
In Part 4 of the restoration of the child’s rocking chair, you can see that it’s been re-assembled. Wood stain has been done to blend in the hidden screws that were used to strengthen the structure. The woodworm is old. It’s still a shade wobbly but that should remedy itself once the fabrics go back on. Now ready to wax and buff up the wood.
We can also upcycle your furniture. If you would like one of your special pieces of furniture upcycled to your specification, please get in touch for a no-obligation quotation (sheila@the-fairy-shop.scot) We are within easy reach of Edinburgh and the west of the Scottish Borders.
